Sorry this one took so long! This episode i talk personally about the law of attraction and how it has had an impact on my life. This one was a hard one to talk about and i still don't think i did it justice. I will be touching more on this throughout the self-help series. The Law of attraction - you may of heard of it. The basic premise is this, you act as if you already have the things you most want and you will receive these things. This is achieved through thoughts and visualizations. Every thought you have has real power! Look at your own life. If you examine what your general recurring thoughts are throughout your life, you'll notice more often than not those things become true. This includes negative things, it doesn't discriminate between good and bad. Do you often think you wont make it far in life? Do you believe you're not good enough? You're asking it to be true! I talk about the importance of meditation and the effects it can have on the modern lifestyle while also touching more on habits and how to rewire that stubborn brain of ours. Meditation often comes with a lot of strange hippy or spiritual stigma. This is the main reason i think not enough people aren't giving it a shot. Meditation can help absolutely anyone in de-stressing, refocusing and staying on top of the fast flow of this world. Second episode is here! On todays episode starring me, myself and I, I explain the routines and basic goal setting that have completely changed my life. Sit down, maybe grab a notepad and pen and follow along. Setting some basic goals and reinforcing their importance everyday is the first big step, however that wont get you all the way to the promised land (a new, successful you). You also need to be constantly reasserting the right mental attitude through improving your own self awareness. By monitoring your thoughts and emotions and staying on top of them you can make everyday that "productive day". It is so easy to quickly lose yourself and the winning frame of mind and some find it impossible to keep themselves, day in and day out, moving towards their goals. It is possible! Social media, although it comes with benefits that we couldn't live without in today's world, effects us in unforeseen ways. The best way to experience this is to stop using your phone for a few months - doesn't have to be forever!
