You’ll have to think about media hosting some of the popular ones are Soundcloud, Anchor, Libysn, WordPress, podomatic, speaker, etc Next is RSS Feed, RSS feed means Really Simple Syndication. Your smartphone has a recording app that you can start with, and there is also an app called anchor that uses your smartphones built-in microphone and records up to 2mins of audio, that you can directly post in the app. It has features like commenting and different people that you can follow and build an online community.
