In order to succeed at a high level without stress and overwhelm you need to focus on making your company into a process-driven organization.
Processes are what runs your company. Not people.
The people are there to run the processes. That’s it.
In this episode, Louis discusses how to decide who is in charge of which processes and how to make sure you can replace key positions quickly should you need to during your scaling journey.
He also shares how to put together your “Scaling Team” to ensure that the people who are going to be involved in expanding your company are always in the loop, and the people who are going to continue to handle the day-to-day of the current business aren’t getting distracted or confused about where things are going.
