To consistently and respectfully serve the customer's needs and then, once you have earned the customer’s trust, close the deal.
After all, you’re not selling the customer something they don’t need, right? People need to move and most of the time they are reaching out to you to fulfill that need.

- Managing your leads and distributing them to your sales team
- Creating polished sales scripts and rebuttals
- Developing a clearly defined follow-up process
- Implementing effective sales management
Everything must be systematized and smooth to bring in the biggest returns on your marketing spend.
Remember, people want to be sold, they just don’t want to be pressured. Take them by the hand, educate them, provide great customer service, and lead them to do business with your company.
