Assessing things like the Net Profit or Ease of Service for a line of business in your company can help you gain clarity.
And knowing whether or not each line is Energizing and Sustainable for you will really help to put things into perspective.
Remember, complexity kills profits, so it’s important to simplify as much as possible before you start to scale.
Break it down and look at all the different areas of your business and decide which parts you want to really focus on.
Keep it simple, manageable and profitable, and then get to work!
