After our intro meditation, there's an energy meditation for clearing and stabilizing, followed by part of a loving kindness meditation designed to help us open to receive. Caregivers are particularly vulnerable to not paying much attention to their own emotional and energetic fuel tank as they give so much to others. Great for those who need to restore and stabilize. This is "Yogic Sleep" and you will need 30 uninterrupted minutes laying down where you can deeply relax.
