EP: 34 - Kristen of Language Arts / Pop Music with Intension / The Smell of Pert Plus /

EHappy International Women's Day!!! Thanks for checking out this "Female Focused" Canadian music podcast, and thanks to Language arts, this week's guest: How's she goin' b'y? Or "Hello" in any Province other than Nova Scotia, where my guest (and I) both hail from. Kristen is in the band Language arts and when I asked her to describe what the band sounds like she fittingly said "Pop music with intension". Language arts performed a show at the legendary Divan Orange here in Montreal the night of this podcast, and we talk about how sad it is going to be once it's gone (ugh so sad)! We also chat about the live show and what having a conversation with the audience means. Kristen tells me about how the newest album is really a DIY project and re-counts some cool memories when making the newest record (not out yet, but soon)! Also, remember Pert Plus?! We dooooo!
