#6 "I skinny dipped!" and thoughts about our bodies

This episode is about the body. 80% of 10 year old girls in America have already been on a diet. 91% of all women are unhappy with their bodies and resort to dieting! 91! That's almost all of us! I’m sitting in a 19th century cottage in the middle of nowhere in the Swedish countryside. I’ve temporarily left the metropolitan city life and takeaways in exchange for some peace and quiet. Well, at least it was quiet before I came. Filling the house with music, singing, recording and… loud thoughts. Childhood memories mixed with insights only a good skinny dip can bring… As usual I invite you to listen and share with those you think might benefit a listen.
