I have known Joakim for years and he was one of the first people I met that practiced yoga, studied Zen philosophy and spirituality.
I met Fiona when we first recorded a podcast (Episode 75) and then again when she was part of the panel for our Do we really need another Guru? live event in the Whale Theatre in Greystones, Co. Wicklow.
She she researches, speaks and writes about Positive Psychology and she has recently launched 'Exploring Spirituality', a series of projects aimed at creating open dialogue and conversations about spirituality in the 21st Century.
