For this episode I caught up with Brian Pennie to find out a bit more about what life has been like since the release of his book "Bonus Time". @PennieBrian

The book, his autobiography, about how change is possible, how he has transformed his life for the better.

I first met with Brian in March 2019 for an episode of the Social Fabric Podcast, Number 47 and I was delighted to see him in flying form, doing well and enjoy his new found life.
