After realizing that she wasn't living a fulfilling life and instead one full of negativity, anxiety, and lack of purpose, she started exploring how to take better care of herself. By pursuit of journaling, making time for herself to grow, and creating more intentional habits, she started living a life she was proud of.After a lot of exploration, Claire wanted to help other fulfillment-seeking humans create a life they were proud. Stepping outside her comfort zone, she created her podcast Your Best Foot Forward in February 2019.
