Gnostic Psychology is a method of awakening consciousness. It can also be called Spiritual Psychology or Revolutionary Psychology. Get slides (PDF) here: https://gnosticteachings.org/download/beginning-here-and-now-introductory-lectures/859-beginning-here-and-now-gnostic-psychology-pdf.html Psychology is the combination of two Greek words, meaning ‘study of the soul’: ψυχή psyche: “breath, spirit, soul” λόγος logos: “explanation” This lecture discusses how all major religions have the elements of psychology, especially in their mystical aspect. It also discusses the differences between Gnostic Psychology, and modern materialistic psychology. It also teaches about the difference between the spirit and the soul, and four main states of consciousness: Eikasia Pistis Dianoia Nous The following quote from the Gospel of Philip is explained in detail: As for ourselves, let each one of us dig down after the root of evil which is within one, and let one pluck it out of one's heart from the root. It will be plucked out if we recognize it. But if we are ignorant of it, it takes root in us and produces its fruit in our heart. It masters us. We are its slaves. It takes us captive, to make us do what we do not want; and what we do want, we do not do. It is powerful because we have not recognized it. While it exists it is active. Ignorance is the mother of all evil. Ignorance will result in death, because those who come from ignorance neither were, nor are, nor shall be. - Gospel of Philip

Gwyneth Paltrow x Eckhart Tolle: Separating Ourselves from the Ego
“Most humans live as if past and future—and especially future—were more important than this moment,” says renowned spiritual leader Eckhart Tolle, author ofThe Power of NowandA New Earth. In this special conversation with GP, Tolle teaches us how to not resist our experience of the present moment, and why the feelings that we do resist have a way of—persisting. GP asks Tolle about the relationship between the ego and soul, and how we can come to see that we are not our thoughts. Tolle explains how we can release pain-bodies—an accumulation of old emotions. And of course they talk about the meaning of it all: “The world is not here to make you happy,” says Tolle. “It’s here to make you conscious.” (For more, seeThe goop Podcast hub. From Codependence to Interdependence
Co-dependency has been such a big pattern for both of us that we’re back again deepening our conversation on the differences between co-dependency and interdependency.
Why Certain Relationships Work
“Conflict is really what sharpens our ability to love,” says John Gottman, PhD, who is the cofounder, with his wife Julie, of the Gottman Institute for relationships. (They’re also coauthors of the new book,Eight Dates.)Today, they join Elise Loehnen to share the tools for communication and conflict resolution that make a relationship work. We learn about perpetual issues—and how to talk about them in a way that’s productive, instead of pushing them aside. Which doesn’t mean we get to change our partners—when we try to do this, problems tend to follow, say the Gottmans. “You don’t want to fall in love with who they want to be,” says John. “You want to fall in love with who they are.” And, according to the Gottmans, you want to build a wall around your relationship—rather than a wall between you and your partner. Oh, and find six seconds to make out every day.(Formore, seeThe goop Podcast hub.)
Stop Romanticizing Relationships
Have you ever been in a relationship with someone – personal or professional – where the connection doesn’t feel fully aligned, and it makes you a little uneasy, but you ignore it? In most cases, we figure it’s just us, right? Or, that we’re merely reading too much into a given situation or exchange. Well, this week I’m here to tell you: Don’t ignore those gut feelings you have and stop romanticizing relationships – current and expired ones. For me, this topic hits close to home because I recently tried to justify accepting behavior that was not in alignment with my core values. It was one of those, “Well, I know that’s how so-and-so treats other people, but with me, it’s different.” Reality is, IT’S NOT! It’s easy to romanticize and believe that it is, but the thing is, their treatment of others is a direct reflection of who they are and you are not exempt from experiencing this. Join me as I share more on this topic and provide actionable steps you can take to untie ...
27: Codependancy Is A Survival Mechanism You Learned in Childhood | From Victim To Victorious
Codependency (Self-love Deficit Disorder) often comes with many negative connotations. People often perceive codependant as weak, feeble and unable to stand up for themselves. In fact, it is the Narcissist that is weak and feeble and relies on the mask to keep the illusion of power. Power that they are stealing from the Codependant (often the disempowered Empath). Codependency is how you survived as a child under the hands of the abusers. That survival mechanism is still in play and what keeps you stuck in a pattern of abusive relationships. Heal codependency and break the trauma bond with the narcissist. ***If you enjoyed this podcast, please leave an iTunes review as it helps this podcast reach more people.*** Also, if you feel called to support this podcast financially, you can send your heart donations (of any amount) to PayPal.me/amyletitia777 ***SUBSCRIBE TO GET NOTIFIED WHEN I POST MORE PODCASTS*** --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/beautifullyempowered/message

Osun Healing EFT-Tapping for Healers
Healing the Healer by Dr. Osun Omilade Basic Introduction to EFT and Oshun/Osun Warrior Position Intro Being a healer, counselor, doctor, minister or caregiver to another other living being is often an energetic expenditure. The greatest healers and caregivers have a heart! Which means they often expose a vital sensitive piece of their human essence. Our clients and loved ones often do not mean to exhaust us. They believe because we are willing to commit to doing the work, we know how to replenish ourselves or say No! Which can leave many caregivers in mental shambles behind closed doors. Trying to heal themselves in the few moments they have to dedicate to their own wellbeing or worse yet feeling isolated because if they seek out healing then they will lose clients. Such hogwash! Get over yourself and be sure you view yourself as the divine having a human experience. Which means you must tend to the human body properly so you can maintain your highest divine output. The technique I...
HOW TO HEAL OUR WOUNDS WITH SELF-LOVE
I read the most powerful quote the other day by Maryam Hasnaa that said, "forgive your self for needing tough lessons." and since we are in the midst of such an incredibly powerful time of being triggered and called to heal, I wanted to share some wisdom and guidance with you as I received a wave of emotions rise to the surface today to be cared for and they taught me so much more about self-love than I ever could have expected. A lot of times when we make decisions which are intended to bring things up in us, we can feel guilt or judgement or shame towards our self for not choosing higher in that moment, when in reality all choices are our highest. Some things do need to be chosen so that a deeper part of us, maybe one we didn't even know needed attention could be held and nurtured and brought to conscious completion. So in this episode I'm fresh in the midst of my own emotions rising, tears falling, but I felt so amazing that I chose love in this moment instead of a less beneficia...
