The Spartan Underground features guests from the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, friends of Professor Foster, and those involved with causes actively seeking out to use BJJ as a vessel to help individuals who are in need within the community that could benefit from all of the positive elements training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu provides.
