We live in a very busy world thatinundates us withtechnology, information, andopportunities, not to mention relationships and responsibilities that tug at our attention.There always seems to be 1000 things to do. It's no wonder that many of us experience the paralysis of becoming overwhelmed. So how does it happen? We start thinking too far into the future. Stress overtakes us, our cortisol levels go up and we become full of worries or fears and freeze into inaction or procrastination. What we need to do at this moment is address what is here right in front of us. The firststep is to slow down and take a deep breath.
