Occult Herbalism

Reiki, Palm Healing ft. Marcia Paige Hamelin

Reiki; among practitioners and patients it is recognized as a Universal energy that truly anyone has access to when channelled correctly. Coming from Japan and becoming more and more popular in the west over the last decade, this form of healing has certainly shifted my own outlook on energy. As Marcia states on her website: 'It is a non-invasive & gentle, yet profoundly powerful healing modality that brings the body into deep states of parasympathetic activation and relaxation where your body does it’s best healing on all layers. It is hard to define, and many have ranging experiences. Some are life-altering, some merely experience feel a vague sensation. Once again we find ourselves on the precipice of what is science, and what is spiritual. Truth is hard to define when it comes to energetic subtle energies. The biggest unique quality is that the healer can be on another continent from the patient whilst in session. Will you dare to try?

Channelling the Spirit Realm ft. Nicole Costerus

When you think about spirits or even better, ghosts, what comes up for you? I remember first getting in touch with channeling and you could say I carried a verrrrry potent dose of skeptisism. The movies that I’d seen (movies like the Sixth Sense, The Excorcist, Paranormal Activity) all had a big part to play in how thought about the other realm. Now, partly through Nicole’s down-to-earth way of teaching, I understand there is much more that meets my previous understanding of spirits. This episode dives into exactly the things that we cannot know by our 5 senses, but we can start understanding through our intuition. Nicole is a shaminic priestess, a medium and a teacher that lives in The Netherlands, and in this episode she helps us understand what mediumship is, how we can know it’s not something that just takes advantage of people in mourning, and how to start working with it ourselves. That dose of skepticism? Still there. Only now it doesn’t block my expansion anymore. If navigated properly, it gets to fuel our curiosity. Ascension & Acupuncture ft. Dr. Marc Greenstein

Where would you consider yourself on the spectrum of Science vs. Spirituality? Dr. Marc Greenstein walked both paths, both as a scientist and a spiritualist. Currently in Long Island, he now treats his visitors through a combination of all the knowledge and wisdom he attained, cultivating a unique way of looking at, and treating health. We touch upon acupuncture, yes, but the conversation turned out to be one about the many aspects of health as we start understanding there is more than ‘just’ the physical body.

Conscious Creativity ft. Kai Wilder

When we are children, it seems like creativity is all around us. We imagine, we play, we pretend and create the strangest worlds. But as we grow older, we lose a big part of this curiosity and playfulness. It's better to fit in, assimilate. Kai Wilder is a painter/creator from Byron Bay, making ephemeral art that oozes layers of divine expression. How did he hold on to that magic that we all feel when we are children? As we get to pick his brain on creating magic, we find out that luckily, there are many ways in which we can learn to come back to that creativity.

A snakelike energy in the bottom of our spine that each of us can access via breath and movement? Meet Kundalini Yoga; A practice that creates a lot of activation in body & spirit, but now also is burdened by recent exposures of the community about one of the masters that brought it to the western world. And how are the accusations about this abuse connecting to an important theme of the current zeitgeist and our own spiritual paths?

Light Language ft. Tess de Wolf

Each one of us has a gift as each of us has a one-of-a-kind story. One great example of a unique gift shared with the world right now is Tess de Wolf of Mind At Ease. Tess is a modern-day spiritual teacher & healer that channels a unique language by using her voice. When you experience one of her healings (found on her podcast Mind At Ease), your conscious mind doesn’t understand the words she speaks, but on a soul-level you get exactly the DNA activation you need at that moment. But how did she even get to the point of understanding her gift, and how can we know whether this type of healing is something that will help us on our path? It turned out to be a beautiful interview where we dive much deeper into the subject of Light Language, and why the only real thing in life is love.
