Isn’t it funny how it took being ordered to stay at home under quarantine orders before we gave ourselves permission to slow down. And then isn’t it interesting that as soon as we were allowed to get back to some kind of normality we went dropped into the old habit of rushing, pushing, overextending, over pleasing ... Anxiety is a bitch!

Do you suffer from anxiety? Over the weekend my son told me he had big anxiety and was wondering wether he was depressed. This breaks your heart as a mother to think your child is that upset. So together we addressed his feelings and looked at his fears and what was causing his anxiety so that we could shift the story hurting his heart and confidently have him feeling happier and lighter. In this Messy Mum podcast episode you will discover the exact method used with my son that will help you shift anxiety or pushing beyond the crippling effects of depression so you can get on with enjoying your life. As we crawl out of isolation things are starting to get busy, it almost feels like we are playing catch up. Today take 1 minute to breathe into feeling aligned and calm your body, mind and soul will thank you. Share this minute to aligned and calm with a mum who you feel could benefit from a minute to themselves.
