Today I'm getting into the differences between anxiety attacks and panic attacks. While the two do have some similar symptoms it is very important to know that the two are not the same. Also, if you experience significant anxiety or panic, it's important to understand their definitions, symptoms, and treatments in order to explain to your therapist or doctors exactly what's going on in your body. Throughout the last couple of years, I have been tackling my anxiety disorder, I have learned a lot. I will show you how I research my symptoms to figure out what's the next course of action for me. I, also share with you some methods I use to stop anxiety attacks and panic attacks quickly.
