Summer finally made it to Montreal, so we met up with Chef Jae Anthony to chop it up on the terasse of his new venture: Marché Des Éclusiers. We started from the beginning; Where his love of cooking came from, the support that his close friends gave him, the good, the bad and the ugly of being a chef. Jae wants his legacy to be about much more than what he does in the kitchen and he tells us all about it and more.
