The Thin Line Between Making Excuses, Forgiving and Moving On

On this episode, I sat down with an amazing guest my friend Temitope Saliu, Head, Digital Marketing at Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria. We discuss the issue of making excuses for a partner in a relationship even when its obvious that partner is lacking in efforts to make the relationship progress. We also talked about knowing when to forgive and move on from the relationship. It was so much fun and laughter in the room as we recorded this episode. I hope you feel the same energy and enjoy every minute of this episode. Cheers!!! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/conversationswithmex/support

Gratitude: In 2018 What Are You Grateful For?

Gratitude is everything. What is living when there is nothing to be grateful for? As 2018 ends, I look at some of the things that happened for me, things that did not quite work out as planned and lesson. I choose to focus on the things that worked well and express my gratitude to God and the people around me. It is my expectation that at the end of this podcast you look within yourself, find things you are grateful for and let's just have a conversation about gratitude. email me on emekanwosu12@gmail.com, on instagram and twitter @lifeofmekz. Looking forward to hear what you are grateful for. Love you so much. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/conversationswithmex/support
