Tony Budding is a content marketer, executive producer, and large project manager with a specialty in events and media. Over the years he has worn many hats... To include overseeing the production and publication of over 4,000 web videos, 2,000 articles, 10,000 photos, 500 hours of live event coverage, 50 cable TV shows, a dozen websites, and three books. And perhaps most famously Tony ran all the media production and web content for CrossFit and the CrossFit Games during their period of fastest growth (early 2007 through mid 2013). Later moving on the the GRID league and now Drone Racing League https://thedroneracingleague.com/ We chat with Tony about his history with CrossFit and Greg Glassman in the early days... Freddy is the Owner and coach at Good For You CrossFit in Newark, CA. He retired from police work in 2018 as a sergeant at the Union City Police Department. Freddy is a Level Two Krav Maga instructor and has won medals in boxing and CrossFit in both the California Police and Fire Games and the World Police and Fire Games. He's been a CrossFit gym owner since 2006 and a 7 times CrossFit Games athlete.
