I have been making Free Hypnosis videos and mp3 downloads, online, since 2006. These "Let me bore you to sleep", mp3 downloads are basically me, just talking for about an hour. Some of the sleep recordings are focused on guiding you into a state of increased tiredness. A lot of them consist of me, just talking, on and on and on, about nothing particularly important. I use my Superpower of being the most boring man in the world, to heal insomnia. My only intention with this podcast, is to bore you into a relaxed and comfortable state of mind. I won't only bore your mind into slowing down and drifting off. I will also bore all the muscles in your body into an incredibly pleasurable sense of safety and serenity. This full body and mind relaxation and slowing down, will naturally lead to a very gentle sleepiness. I have been making sleep hypnosis videos and mp3's online for many years, and they have always been the most popular of all of my recordings. (I also have over 800 sessions, including Relaxation, Chronic Pain and many other issues.) I really hope that these regular long sleep sessions are beneficial to you. That's why I make them. I just want to help. I understand that sleeping is as important as eating, and I hope that I can contribute in some way to help some people to sleep more easily. Although the focus is generally sleeping, these free mp3 downloads may help for people who have other issues that cause sleep disruptions, such as chronic pain. Other medical conditions that can cause insomnia, include: Alzheimer's disease, Arthritis, Asthma, Cancer, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Kidney disease, Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Stroke, Thyroid disease, Undiagnosed or untreated sleep disorders, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA),narcolepsy, circadian rhythm sleep disorders, periodic leg movement disorder (PLMD), and restless leg syndrome (RLS), Nasal/sinus allergies, Angina, Concussion, head trauma, or TBI, Menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause, Chronic pain—especially headaches, peripheral neuropathy, and low back pain, Enlarged prostate and nocturia, Depression, Bipolar disorder, Anxiety disorders, ADHD, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Stress, Worry, Seasonal affective disorder (SAD). The list really is much longer than this, but I want to go to bed and get some sleep myself. It's very important to only listen to these extremely boring sleep podcasts, when you can safely close your eyes. Also, seek medical advice if you are suffering with insomnia to check if there is medical cause that you are unaware of. These podcasts are not a replacement for proper medical help.
