I talked to my sister a couple days ago, and she mentioned recently reading about the best ways to learn. She also mentioned the irony that she learned about these techniques not after law school or getting her MBA, but from two books that took her not two weeks to read.

I prefer podcasts and each author, like so many, went on the podcast circuit. Barbara Oakley interviewed by Shane Parrish on The Knowledge Project was the most jam-packed with advice. Check out a few of her tips below, but make sure to listen to the full episode too. She says it much better than I can type it out.

Also make sure to check out Scott Young, the other author my sister read, along with two other podcasts about relearning how to learn with notable names.
