It's been a fun ride folks, thanks for all the love and support. Can't wait for this next chapter. Rachel Sullivan (Chris’ wife) joins us this week to discuss her and Chris’ spiritual connection in marriage plus the love and deep respect they have for one another. We dissect the idea of our love languages and how we need to show love according to our partner’s rather than the language we subscribe to. Sully and Rachel open up on how they handle miscommunication in their relationship, how they adapt to make their partner happy, and how they are in Marriage 2.0 right now.

️ This week we’re IN LOVE... with… ourselves! Kick back as Rosey and Sully usher in the new year of 2020 talking about issues like handling disappointment and dealing with certain unexpected breaks in routine. We share our own personal experiences to discuss the idea of being angry with others while still having the ability to forgive them by placing ourselves in their shoes. This is a prefect palate cleanse heading into this new year.

Jonathan Silverman (Weekend at Bernie’s) & Jennifer Finnigan (Salvation) join us this week and share how they’ve been able to maintain a fun and successful relationship through thick and thin in Hollywood. We discuss how they’ve been able to overcome the littlest of disputes to relationship threatening times while having to deal with long distance. Jonathan and Jennifer talk about meeting at the Playboy Mansion, how having a child has changed their relationship, and how they manage their finances with things like prenups.

Alison Robertson (Enoughness) joins us to discuss her passion in helping other people as a confidence coach through personal development. Alison shares her idea of “enoughness” in that everyone’s key to their own individual happiness has been with them the whole time. We discuss the differences between talents and passion, not getting stuck in the grass is greener mindset, and finding harmony instead of the impossible task of balance. So much goodness on this week’s episode.

Susan Kelechi Watson (This Is Us) joins us to share how her upbringing within her immigrant family and living in the chaos of New York fostered her success and mindset as an actor and as a person in general. We discuss her depression in traditional schooling prior to becoming an actor, along with the judgement she received within her traditional Jamaican family as she moved into this creative path. Susan also shares experiences on set with Sully on This Is Us, her chance run-in with Quentin Tarantino, and some pretty golden motivation for anyone out there struggling to take risks

Shan Boodram
1h 12min

Shan Boodram, sex educator, sexologist, and author of The Game of Desire, joins us this week and drops knowledge on how to successfully navigate a healthy sexual relationship. We discuss the impact of modern technology on this generation’s view of sex... plus, how people can avoid letting the addiction of stimulation blind them from the reality of a disastrous relationship. Listen as Shan breaks down the 5 secrets to dating with dominance, her take on “‘twinkie relationships,’ and exactly what ‘vabbing’ is.

Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo (The Bachelorette, The Bachelor) join us to share their experience building and sustaining a relationship out of the Bachelorette Season 13. They talk about their expectations going into the show and some deeper insights into what that experience is like for both sides. Rachel and Bryan also open up about their attraction to each other’s personal passions, how they adapt to each other’s love language, and how they both understand and practice the give-and-take needed for a successful relationship.

Elan Gale (The Bachelor) & Molly Quinn (Castle) join us this week to share their perspective on being open and honest in a relationship with the things that the majority of people nowadays avoid. They discuss how they’ve been able to sustain a successful relationship while not avoiding the bad things in life like sadness or self doubt, but rather, addressing these things head-on to help remove the stigma and be able to deal with them. We also get into how the two of them met, how they’re able to handle their differences in age, and what’s it like navigating their emotions in different ways both proactively vs. reactively.

Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite, Blades of Glory) and Kirsten Heder join us this week to share their experience maintaining a healthy marriage and family life in the industry without letting Hollywood twist or corrupt the things that actually matter. They talk on the importance of putting their home life first, how everything else in showbiz is fleeting in comparison, and their focus in family above career even if it ruins future work prospects. We also get into what it’s like for the partner of an actor at premieres, and the feeling of “being in the way” that can come with it; plus the awkward game that these industry events and parties can turn into.

Randy Sklar and Jason Sklar (Dumb People Town) join us this week to talk about their unique experience working side by side as entertainers for over thirty years. We learned about their roots in comedy, their affinity for performing bits in their teens, and the path they had to take make it as a duo of twin stand ups in New York. The Sklars share how they’ve been able to maintain both cohesive marriages and working relationships for all these years, notably by being able to hold each other to a higher standard of accountability, knowing that they count on another within their career. These guys had some hilarious stories this week, love em.
