I've decided to release the training podcasts onto my main channel so everyone can enjoy them and learn from them. In this episode, I talk you through having your horse 'in front of the leg' which is so fundamental to riding your horse. We talk about what it is, some hurdles we may face when trying to achieve it and useful exercises to try with your horses. I also give a few examples from my personal experiences. In our first podcast of 2022, I decided to do a storytime about an amazing life lesson I have been going through. In the past, I've been all about achieving and doing more but after a few burnouts and struggling to feel like I had a direction I took a step back.
