He came to America at the age of 9 with his family. He Dropout of High School Drop at the age of 17. Met his wife at the age of 18. They move into a little shed behind a mobile home park and lived there for 5 years. His first job was working at a factory making $8.50/hrs. Khang got into real estate at the age of 27, with no help, no connection, and no experience. Took him 6 months to close his first deal and he end up making $50,000. Long story short, he became a millionaire at the age of 32 through wholesaling real estate. Now he has a team of 7 VAs that run his entire wholesaling real estate business.
