This book is absolutely packed with an amazing array of nonsense : a former Olympian turned investigative reporter, an ex-Navy SEAL / super-soldier, a bodyguard company that’s a cover for an elite black-ops team, the President of the United States as the villain and a brain scientist turned super spy. The only thing lacking is, unfortunately, sex.
This month Sexy Book Club discusses “For Real: A Spires Story“, by Alexis Hall. This is our first novel from a gay BDSM genre and WE ARE HERE FOR IT! We discuss the wonderfully fleshed out characters (pun intended), delicious food, and all the steamy steamy sex scenes! Sometimes all at once!
This month Sexy Book Club discusses "Forbid Me: The Good Ol' Boys" (book 2 in the series) by M. Robinson. We discuss why this story is bad, and bring up the many, many reasons as to why the male protagonist is just the worst and how very angry he made us.
