We decided to take a break from The Soul in Wonder Podcast at the end of December in 2019. Our baby boy was just three months old, and we didn’t have the energetic capacity, or the time, to show up for the long hours it required to sustain the show. This was a difficult decision because not only had we invested so much of our hearts into the show for multiple years, and we had phenomenal guests already booked to interview in 2020, but we knew that we couldn't show up 100% for our baby if we kept the show going. But here we are, just about a year later, and we feel revitalized, inspired, and ready to go. However, instead of carrying on with the same long, interview-style episodes, the podcast asked to be rebirthed in whichever way we could allow that honors our family time as well. Instead of the two of us (Christopher & Sara) showing up for interviews together, we’ll both be recording short-form bits of inspiration and meditations separately (and together when possible) and Christopher will be inviting guests on the show for interviews. So, if you’re searching for grounded content to help expand consciousness and guide you to create an authentic, fulfilled, purposeful life, then you’ll be happy to hear that we will be delivering episodes regularly on the topics of holistic living, spirituality, personal growth, conscious parenting, and more! If you have suggestions on guests you’d like us to bring on or topics you would like us to cover feel free to reply back to this email. We’re happy to be back on the show, and we hope you’ll tune in.
