S'appenin TSP pals. Welcome to the future. Awful innit. Anyone, one thing you can look forward to this year is plenty of new Two Shot Podcast episodes and we're kicking off with a lovely chat with actor Jack Lowden. Jack has a glittering resume including roles in Dunkirk, England Is Mine, the Small Axe episode Mangrove, the BBC's adaptation of War & Peace, The Long Song and the 2012 stage adaptation of Chariots Of Fire amongst other things. He and Craig talk footballing aspirations, directorial dreams, restlessness, IMDB, Scotland and loads, loads more. It's a fabulous hour and a bit with a fascinating and talented person and we're proud to make it our first episode of the new year. This is episode 140 of the Two Shot Podcast, with Jack Lowden. So, this is Christmas. Sort of. We know it’s going to be quite an odd time for us all as we say good bye to 2020 but try and remember that all this* is temporary and let’s try and muster a sprinkling of positivity and hold onto it as we leg it into 2021.We couldn’t leave this year without one final episode before we put that last bauble on the tree and open the first page of the radio times and count just how many repeats were being shown. Again. We bin off the year with an incredible conversation with he actor Cavan Clerkin. Now you’ll know Cav from some of the most beloved and ground breaking sitcoms of recent years such as Smack The Pony, The Inbetweeners and for his role as Karl in the fantastic Pulling (all episodes now available on the BBC iplayer btw) But we begin by taking to Cav about the gruelling lengths he went through for his incredible performance in the new film Muscle (available to rent on all VOD platforms now) Thanks so much for all your love and support throughout such a difficult year for us all.Means the world to us. We’ll be back in January. Until then, stay safe keep well. This is The Two Shot Podcast, with Cavan Clerkin. Merry Christmas. Craig & Griff xx Get in touch... Hello mates. How're you keeping? We've got a little ray of winter sunshine for you this week as we're joined by broadcasting legend Gaby Roslin. You'll know Gaby from her show on BBC Radio London or her myriad presenting gigs on Children In Need, The Big Breakfast, Motormouth and loads of others. She and Craig chat nosiness, big breakfasts, meeting Valerie Singleton, interview multi-tasking and her natural proclivity for the positives in life. It's just what you need to warm your cockles this December. Thanks a load for listening. TSP Get in touch... What’s happening TSP listener pals!? Hope you’re all alright. There’s a slightly different vibe to this week’s episode in that we have no guest… as such. We’re answering the questions you kindly sent in and generally having a chat about the podcast. We may also have a little cameo from a past guest. Anyway, as you can probably tell by the chat in here. We’re itching to get back out in to the real world and record some more episodes for you but until then, this is a special Q and A episode of the Two Shot Podcast. Get in touch... Well, after a busy few weeks we’re slowly building back up to bring you new episodes with some incredible people and this week we’re thrilled to welcome the fantastic Reece Shearsmith. It’s a really great conversation with Reece where he and Craig talk humble beginnings, life on the dole, chance encounters and so much more.Reece is great company and we were made up when we finally got the dates in place to make this happen. You’ll know Reece from the iconic and groundbreaking The League Of Gentleman, Inside No 9, Spaced, Car Share as well as playing the legendary role of Leo Bloom in Mel Brooks’s The Producers. So, take this bit of time for yourself, kick back, go on that run, turn the volume up in the kitchen, whatever you’re doing, we hope you enjoy, episode 137 of The Two Shot Podcast with Reece Shearsmith. Hiyer Two Shot Pod pals. Hope you're all keeping well. We're back with another episode and this week we're talking to none other than the completely legendary Nicole Kidman! Craig dialled in to New South Wales to have a TSP chin wag with Nicole and they really got into it. They talk about her first forays into the acting world at the tender age of 14, her love of theatre and the trepidation she felt before treading the boards in the West End, traveling for work with her kids and close ones, the importance of drama school knowledge you were convinced you'd never need and loads, loads more. Nicole has done it all. From BMX Bandits (which Craig does bring up) to Batman, from To Die For to Moulin Rouge, she's one the greats of our time. The conversation starts with a bit of discussion about Nicole's most recent HBO project The Undoing which will be available on Sky Atlantic & NOW TV from 26 October. Craig is certainly on the edge of his seat to see the final episode. Nicole is a fabulou...

Happy Thursday everyone (delete) *clears throat Happy FRIDAY everyone! Hope you’re all doing ok? Do you know what I can’t wait for?Is to not say things like ‘ strange times, eh’ or ‘hope you’re all coping and getting through this the best you can’.Yeah, sick of that. When I’m actually just asking how your week was will be a joyous moment.Trust me, it’ll happen.Keep the faith you beautiful mob. For now, though, let’s keep the conversation going as it seems to be a comfort for us all doesn’t it? We have another revisit this week in the shape of comedian & now fully legit author of an actual proper book, it’s the brilliant MATT FORDE... We sit down and discuss the pitfalls and parallels between writing stand up and the discipline needed to fit Matt to write his first book during such an unstable and unpleasant time. His book, ‘Politically Homeless’ is available right now and it’s a beaut.Go support Matt and also your independent bookshop. Keep safe.Keep well.Keep wearing ...

How the devil you?Good? Not great? In a slight fug?Well, let’s just hit the pause button on that right now, just for an hour or so and let’s focus on someone else shall we?Let’s do that. It’s Thursday so that means a new episode.Saying that, yes, I know we had a new episode this Tuesday but that was originally last Thursday’s episode but we couldn’t put it out due to an embargo so ....sorry, even we’re confused right now. Enough of that. We’re back on track and this week it’s a welcome return to past guest JIMMY AKINGBOLA & a very warm welcome to FRASER AYERS as they come to chat about making some TV history with the panel show ‘Sorry, I didn’t know’. It’s a focus on inclusion and diversity and failing and ultimately succeeding and why they just won’t stop trying to break down doors. Enjoy. Get in touch... Happy Thursday one and all. Hope you’re all doing well and* if you’re in the UK keeping to your groups of 6 and not giving any weight to what certain Britpop stars are wanging on about. But enough of *that*.Let’s not discuss it.It’s certainly something we don’t even touch on in this weeks episode because we're far too busy discussing creativity, growing up, moving around, writing and close knit families. There's a small natter about Hayley's new C4 series ADULT MATERIAL* which is discomforting, groundbreaking, shocking and funny show that, on the surface, is a delve into the world of the adult entertainment business but as the story storms on raises questions about motherhood and injustice and power. It’s an incredible watch with Hayley ( once again) showing incredible skills as the lead character and Lucy Kirkwood’s incredible script keeps us asking questions as an audience right till the end....and long after. Of course, you’ll have seen Hayley burst into the screen in her aw...
