This was our experience. Maybe our expectations were too high. Maybe we have seen how it's done properly at Disney too many times for this to be considered acceptable. If you want to compete, you have to do better. Universal, you do many things well. You don't pay attention to guests like you should. Orlando Informer Meet Up group may just be subject to the circumstances of the park, but it reflects poorly on what they wanted to achieve.
