Erikka feels like kids should not get paid for having good grades, if that's the case her parents owe her some money. Nikkihasa huge pet peeve with tips jars all over the place and Dr. E feels like if we are giving trophies to every one who participates then we should get rid of, The Olympics, The Super bowl and any other organized sport.
