In this episode we chat with Richard Maltby, a 31 year old father from the UK, wannabe athlete & fitness enthusiast, living with brain cancer. Rich was living in Sydney, Australia with his partner Louise and beautiful 1 year old son Jackson when his life was turned upside down after being diagnosed with a grade 3 incurable but treatable brain cancer. His diagnosis left him with no other option than to move back to the UK where he could get treatment and be around the support of his friends and family. In this episode, Rich shares with us his life now living with cancer, the stigma around mens mental health and the struggles faced on a day to day basis. He reveals how his biggest motivation is his son, and how he is determined to beat his prognosis.
