Luis Gutierrez is the Founder and CEO of ISR Matrix. He is a lifelong martial artist who has made a career of excelling as an instructor and coach with children, adults, law enforcement and military personnel as a gym owner and contractor. He is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu Black Belt, former SBG Vice President and owned and operated One Dragon Martial Arts/ Soflo Jiujitsu for 20 years before being hired by the Seminole Tribe of Florida to create and develop Big Cypress Martial Arts as its Head Coach and Program Director for ten years. Luis has worked extensively with state and federal law enforcement throughout his career and began working as a contractor in 2005.
