The Bible says pick up your cross and follow me. The Believer know there are things he or she will go through in this life but because they surround themselves with spiritual things when the cross is before them they pick it up and bearing it. Thing only they will go through alone and no one can help them others can only pray for strenght for them to bare their cross.
