To make the most of my very first visit (and be as thorough as possible for you), we sample many (most?) of the items on the brunch menu, discuss the decor, theming, and service. And we get a special surprise visit from the owner and creator of Wine Bar George, George Miliotes, who, as you may know, if one of only 269 Master Sommeliers in the world, and was part of the original opening team of the California Grill restaurant at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
