There is something daily which can stall or stop progress, but, if you have true purpose, you’ve found the “It Factor” to successful leadership. We've all worked for or with a person who seems to always move forward despite how tough circumstances are? What is it about these people that keep them moving? Today, Sharon Martin is going to take us on her journey in doing just that. You do not want to miss this one! “Don’t aim at success. The more you aim at it and make it a target, the more you are going to miss it. For success, like happiness, cannot be pursued; it must ensue, and it only does so as the unintended side effect of one’s personal dedication to a cause greater.” — Viktor Frankl.
