To our community- Allie and I recorded this episode over 2 weeks ago, at the very beginning of the tragic and blatantly wrong event that happened on May 25th. We were both in a state of shock and had very little time to gather any thoughts in order to speak on this incredibly important issue. This is a confusing and sad time in history, and it was challenging to know what to say or not to say. So much has happened since so we want all of our listeners to know that we both proudly stand with and in support of BIPOC, The Black Lives Matter movement and for justice and equality. Thank you for being here. We hope that the rest of the episode provides some upliftingand education around health & wellness.
