Episode 52. First episode of Season 2 dedicated to a brand new initiative, the paper magazine Detail edited by Claire Mahoney. Claire tells more about Detail Mag, her view of the Mod Scene with regards to pandemic and her MOD desert island songs. Tunes are "The Sidewinder" by Lee Morgan and "Hung up" by Paul Weller. ** Puntata 52. Episode 51. A special episode, an interview with the man who introduced me into the Mod thing, Francesco Ficco, a rock musician since the early Eighties with his first mod band, The Lager and then with The Kartoons. Francesco and I remind that season with The Lager and then F. talks about his relationship with Modism today and tell us his 3 desert island songs. In this episode you can listen to a very rare demo by The Lager "Today now!" never released as record and "What does it take" by The Kartoons.**Puntata 51. F. è un grande musicista e ha suonato sin dai primi anni '80 prima nei Lager, una band mod molto famosa nel circuito mod italiano e nella scena neopsichedelica e garage, e poi successivamente nei Kartoons. Insieme si ricorda quella prima stagione dei Lager e poi F. ci dice cosa il modism rappresenta per lui oggi. Come al solito vengono segnalati 3 bellissimi dischi da portare su un'isola deserta. Si ascolta poi una grande rarità dei Lager, mai pubblicata su un disco, "Today now" e un brano dei Kartoons "What does it take".

He talks about his modernist influences, his favorite mod discs and his musical production including a brand new album out in the second part of 2020. Episode 48. Episode dedicated to an Italian bluesman, but truly a modernist, Fabrizio Carrieri. Fabrizio tells how he was influenced by Quadrophenia movie and then his first musical experiences during Mod revival and neo-psychedelic scene. Fabrizio talks how Modernism is so important for him, his new musical projects including the management of Tardam Records label and finally he introduces his track R&B jazz "Chromatic Jump" played with Possum Belly Overalls band**Puntata 48.
