Before the Netflix series, but after Dolph Lundgren's go, Thomas Jane was The Punisher. Directed by Jonathan Hensleigh, The Punisher is the vigilante action film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Luke and Jae revisit the 2004 film which starred Thomas Jane as the antihero, ex-FBI agent Frank Castle and John Travolta as Howard Saint. After Saint orders the murder of his entire family, Castle transforms into the vengeful Punisher. The Punisher is a heavily armed vigilante who will stop at nothing to exact revenge on Saint and dismantle his underworld empire.

Created for the streaming service Disney+, Obi-Wan Kenobi is the miniseries focused on the Star Wars character of the same name. Ewan McGregor reprises his role from the Star Wars prequel trilogy as the Star Wars franchise continues to expands. Luke and Jae check out the six episodes of this action-adventure, science fiction, space opera. Set ten years after the events of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005), the series follows Kenobi as he sets out to rescue the kidnapped Princess Leia (Vivien Lyra Blair) from the Galactic Empire, leading to a confrontation with his former apprentice, Darth Vader (Hayden Christensen).

Years ago, motorcycle stuntman Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage) sold his soul to save the life of a loved one. Now, he transforms into a fiery, avenging agent of justice at night wherever evil roams. As the only one who can walk in both worlds, Johnny is charged by Mephistopheles (Peter Fonda) himself to destroy Blackheart (Wes Bentley), a demon that wants to overthrow Mephistopheles and create a worse hell than the one that currently exists.

Together, they embark upon a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the God Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late.

Buckle up! Directed by Simon West, Con Air is the action thriller film starring Nicholas Cage, John Cusack, and John Malkovich. Jason and Rob rewind to 1997 to check out this Jerry Bruckheimer produced addition to The Holy Trinity of Nicolas Cage (The Rock, Con Air, Face/Off). Just-paroled army ranger Cameron Poe (Nicolas Cage) is headed back to his wife (Monica Potter), but must fly home aboard a prison transport flight dubbed "Jailbird" with some of the worst criminals living. Along with Diamond Dog (Ving Rhames) and Baby-O (Mykelti Williamson), genius serial killer Cyrus "The Virus" Grissom (John Malkovich) unleashes a violent escape plot in mid-flight. Secretly working with U.S. Marshall Vince Larkin (John Cusack), Poe tries to foil Grissom's plan.

As this motley crew tackles their toughest mission yet, they must learn to work together as a team to escape the evil Zurg and his dutiful robot army that are never far behind.

Directed by Paul Hunter in his directorial debut, Bulletproof Monk is loosely based on the comic book written by Brett Lewis. Luke and Jae head back to 2003 to revisit this superhero comedy starring Chow Yun-Fat, Seann William Scitt, and Jaime King. For 60 years, a mysterious monk with no name (Chow Yun-Fat) has zigzagged the globe to protect an ancient scroll that holds the key to unlimited power. Now the Monk must look for a new scroll keeper. Kar (Seann William Scott) is an unlikely candidate, a streetwise young man whose only interest is himself. But when he inadvertently saves the Bulletproof Monk from capture, the two become partners in a scheme to save the world from the scroll's most avid pursuer.

Directed by Jeremiah Zagar, Hustle is the sports drama film starring Adam Sandler. The film features Spanish professional Utah Jazz basketball player Juancho Hernangómez as the main protagoniss and Minnesota Timberwolves player Anthony Edwards as the main antagonist, with Queen Latifah, Ben Foster, and Robert Duvall also starring. Stanley Sugerman’s (Adan Sandler) love for basketball is unparalleled, but the travel weary Philadelphia 76ers scout who has higher ambitions of being a coach remains stuck on the road looking for the next unknown talent. His search around the world leads him to Spain, when he discovers Bo Cruz (Juancho Hernangómez), an incredible streetball player with a troubled past.
