In this episode Lindsey shares some of her personal thoughts and reflections on Roe V Wade. Kaely is an Integrative & Functional Medicine Dietitian. She's a wealth of knowledge when it comes to thyroid health, hormones and fertility, and minerals! Lindsey has been working with Kaely to optimize her own health and menstrual cycle while being open to conception in this chapter of her life.
