The video was filmed by two 19-year-old Ukranian men, Viktor Sayenko and Igor Suprunyuk, as they savagely beat and tortured Sergei Yavchenko, an innocent man out on his motorbike. The two Ukranian men, along with Alexander Hanzha, another accomplice, became known worldwide as the Dnepropetrovsk maniacs.
