Things between Nora and Kevin finally come to a head and they go their separate ways. The splitdoes highlight a couple of strengths of the show. First, it appears that Damon Lindelof has plans for Kevin and Nora and their individual stories. Pushing them in different directions shows confidence that both characters can hold their own -- alone. Second, both Kevin and Nora need to face-down their own internal struggles without the interference of the other. They are more than two halves of a whole, but will they ever see each other again...?
