Want to learn the #1 strategy to continuously improve? I've recently hosted the Mastermind Epic Camping Adventure in the beautiful backcountry of Montana with amazing high-performing entrepreneurs. And doing an after-action recap has always been a follow-up task to do. This is something I do after every major event, speaking contract, or consulting gig, anything that requires sufficient output on my end. Whether a smashing success or a bit disappointing, it’s important to dedicate time to conducting a proper event evaluation because you can only fully understand the impact of your event if you evaluate it; otherwise, you'll be guessing yourself into a hole.
