Cortney Goodstadt spent over 20 years as a doctor in physical therapy. When she started having health issues of her own, she followed the traditional medicine route of running to specialist and specialist to treat her symptoms. Unable to get results and frustrated by not have a medical professional being able to take a holistic view of her condition, she started a different path and almost immediately saw results for herself and then her clients. Cortney studied to become a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and with the increased success of being able to help her patients, she is continuing her studies to be a Functional Medicine Specialist.
