Andy Nyman is an actor and writer. As an actor, Andy has been in many films, including Black Death with Sean Bean and Eddie Redmayne, Kick Ass 2, Star Wars The Last Jedi, The Commuter with Liam Neeson, Judy, the Judy Garland film starring Rene Zellweger and Disney’s Jungle Cruise with Dwayne Johnson, Jack Whitehall and Emily Blunt. On TV he’s been in Unforgotten, Dead Set, Ballot Monkeys, Peaky Blinders, and provides voices for Shaun the Sheep and Sarah and Duck. Andy is co-creator of the long-running horror stage-playGhost Stories, which was nominated for twoOlivier Awards and adapted in to a film in 2017 starring himself,along with Paul Whitehouse and Martin Freeman. He is the co-creator and co-writer of the television showsDerren Brown – Mind ControlandTrick of the Mind. He and Derren wroteRussian Roulette,Séance, andMessiah, as well as three series ofTrick of the Mind. He also co-wrote and co-directed eight of Derren’s stage shows and they were awarded the 2006Olivier Awardfor Best Entertainment.
