Someone knew what Gavilar was trying to do, and ensured that the Parshendi would have a loyal assassin. * Ishtar is Odium’s Champion * The Unmade are spren who have boudn themselves to the Heralds * Dalinar’s flashbacks will have him committing some heinous warcrimes. * Rathalas is someone that Dalinar killed.
