Rich also works with Simon Sinek, inspiring leaders of corporate organizations to create a healthy environment where workers can explore their potential and feel valued. Rich is also the author of the book "The Attributes: 25 Hidden Drivers of Optimal Performance," a book dedicated to understanding how people can successfully function during times of stress.
