Mary Beth Gonzalez is the founder of the Nicholas Gonzalez Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to her late husband Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez and his work in healing through nutrition. After his death in 2015, she carried the torch so his legacy would carry on in the medical world. Mary Beth consulted for Dr. Gonzalez on many aspects of his private medical practice. She was in charge of hiring for his office, writing his presentations, supervised his speaking appearances, and oversaw his website development. She drove revenue and brand growth and worked in other marketing leadership roles at Time Inc., NBC Universal, and Univision as well as a few start-up companies. Mary Beth is a cum laude graduate of Middlebury College with a B.A. degree in English and economics.
