3 year old Jesse Fisher Jr. was a typical, loud, rowdy, rough-n-tumble toddler boy. He sustained some kind of bumps and bruises on a pretty daily basis. But on March 30, 2010, Jesse was on a life flight to Cook's Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas with a severe head injury.
