States & Traits of Energy and Fatigue | Ali Boolani As a multi-disciplinary trained scientist, Ali Boolani seeks to understand subjective feelings of mental and physical energy and fatigue as four separate unipolar constructs. With graduate and post-graduate training in applied physiology, kinesiology, psychology, behavioral economics, and artificial intelligence, Ali seeks to understand these moods from a multi-domain perspective. Ali received a BA and MA from Tulane University in International Political Economics, with a focus on behavioral economics. He then went on to receive a M.Ed. from the University of New Orleans and a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University in Applied Physiology, where he focused on human movement and motor control. He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Georgia in Exercise Psychology, specifically focused on trying to understand feelings of fatigue.
