Such a pleasure to have Amore and her husband Doug (cameo) on the show today. Amore was my teacher trainer and she continues to be a guide for me as I dive deeper into the practice of yoga. She is a true heart doctor in so many ways, whether you are taking her class or just sitting and having a conversation with her. Listen in to the show and enjoy your day! Amore has the roots of the Pacific Northwest and the spirit of the Southern Coast. She went to school at UCSD and The Art Institute to follow her passion for people, dance, and design. She continues to tap into her exploratory nature through her world travels and yoga practice. She is 500hr yoga certified and currently works as a manager for Corepower Yoga, North Park, San Diego. Her mission is to share the depths of connectivity and consciousness through the teachings of yoga to her students and beyond.
